Remember that this is a fast food serving their take on Persian food, so the food is made in mass quantities in a commissary rather than it being prepared freshly in the kitchen. Aside from the shape, the kebabs strips also taste far from the real deal. Though it's not bad, it's just not authentic. Then again, these were probably made with the intention to appeal to the masses.
